Week Three – +1.5lbs

Oh dear, I got what I expected but not what I wanted. This week gone went to pot and I can’t even pinpoint why but it’s done and over and tomorrow is a new week.

I did have a massive KFC meal before weigh in too so hopefully that had an effect. It was big, honest.

I now weigh 13stone 12.5lbs

  1. Meal plan in advance
  2. Cook more
  3. Organise some recipes
