Recipe – Syn Free Houmous

  • Drain and rinse 400g can of chickpeas
  • Add 2 rough chopped garlic cloves, juice of 1/2 a lemon and 100g fat free greek yoghurt
  • Season with salt and pepper and 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Whizz in a food processor to a rough texture
  • Add more lemon to taste and sprinkle with paprika
